Have just created our multiple client install procedure using JWS and
'rocks' is an excellent description.

Currently using java3d, jaxpi, jsdt, jsx and several other libraries so
ensuring that each client was
up-to-date was a potential headache but JWS makes the whole thing painless.

Java3d installation is a breeze; install the distro to an arbitrary
location, jar the dlls, and reference that jar along
with the standard java3d jars in a jnlp file eh voila......

Hoping to move to the servlet delivery method soon as it supports versioning
of arbitrary jars/resources.

It would be marvelous if Sun can sort out the deployment of the jre from an
intranet URI using JWS
although the servlet method already has potential in that department.
