Hi Yuri,

   I've submit a bug for the first problem:

4458891- MasterControl throw NullPointerException
         sometimes when exit from applet

as a record before receiving your test application.


For the second problem, I believe it is same as bug

  4457394 - NullPointerException when unregister View if Shape3D is not add in
OrderedGroup

  based on the line number from the stack trace.
