I�m on the search for speeding up java applications, too. `jet� seems to
be a good product as it compiles your application and optimizes the
whole jdk and so on, too.
As far as I know, compilation of forte4j is not possible at the moment,
but: there is an example included which compiles java3d as a dll which
will then be used or the application. If anyone out there knows anything
better PLEASE let me know! There must be a way of reducing memory
requirement and taking benefit of managed code at all ...
