Sun was hard to pin down on this question because they are not in control
of the situation. Because this is a community review process, the expert
group can essentially control some of the timing. I have a gut feeling
about timing (given that 1.3 release is scheduled for early next year) but
I don't want to say anything without Sun given a rough ballpark first.
