The BehaviorScheduler may run all behaviors in parallel. In Java 3D 1.3,
we are adding the ability to set a Behavior's scheduling interval. This
effectively means that only Behaviors with the same scheduling interval
may be run in parallel. There is currently one BehaviorScheduler per
VirtualUniverse. We left the specification a bit vague so that in
the future we have the flexibility to change it to one per View if the
need arises.
