Hi Adrian,
I had some problems with the JMF example too - but mine had to do with
trying to get a .mpg that would run fine. If this is your problem, let me
know and I will send you one that worked in the end for me. I didn't have
to alter any of the code at:
http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/2.1.1/solutions/DemoJMFJ3D.html
Just dropped JMF in my workspace and it was really quite nice.

Java 3D API
Hi folks
Is anyone able to tell me if animation of textures to create a Movie on a
3D serface is fiesable?
Before you say JMF ive been there and its proving difficult.
I now have untill monday to produce a passable "movie" using a series of
JPEGs (ok the time thing is not your problem I know). I notice in the
archive that people have disscussed this before so I know its possible.
Are there any pitfalls I should look out for?
The JPEGS are 1280x1024 the "frame rate" needs to be about 4 frames a
second
Its effectively a high res movie that you can walk up to.
I would very much appreciate any thoughts or "code samples (yeah!!)" on how
to do this effectively.
Im going to try and attach a behaviour that animates the textures on a
shape3D. is this the right place to start?
Thanks in advance
Adrian
