Yes it has. The JFrame where the Jinternal Frames are contained in has a
menubar and some of the JInternalFrame have a menubar also and a ToolBar
both  works. To fix the menu-overlapping-problem just check the J3D-FAQ.

Well I can't guarantee that someone will pull the Jinternal Frame outside
it's SplitPane-Area that's right. At least I'm not aware of a method to
make a JInternalFrame not moveable.
