[JAVA3D] J3D 1.3. Runtime environment?

I uninstalled J3D 1.2 and installed the new version, however I remember with 1.2, there was a J3D (SDK) and J3D 1.2 (RT). Do I still need the RT? or does the new version come with one built in?
