Hi,

  Did you set the driver option
  Display Properties->GeForce2->Additional Properties
  ->OpenGL Setting->Vertical sync
  
  to On ? (by default it is Off).

  Also, there is no need to have 2 swap(), one
  is good enough at the end for both left and right eye.
