In Europe I know of at least 2 organisations making efforts for a low cost linux pc CAVE. Don't know how far they are yet. You can visit the ARS ELECTRONICA futurelab website and look for ARSBOX http://futurelab.aec.at/ or check Sara http://www.sara.nl/
