I am trying to simulate the earth model in Celestia. Is there anyway I can make the texture not pixelate so much when its applied to the sphere? I want to obtain the same level of detail, but am unable to do so as of now? Is anyone else achieving a very high level of detail with textures that they can point me in any direction?
