The current incarnation of this codebase is Xj3D M4 and you can access the source and documentation at http://www.web3d.org/TaskGroups/source/xj3d.html There is source floating around for the older releases but we are not maintaining that codebase. I beleive the archive for this group has pointers to where to find it.
