Karthik,

Both the Intel 810 and the Trident are fairly obsolete graphics cards
(I've never heard anything good about either of them). I strongly
suspect you are hitting a problem with the graphics card driver (and
there may not be an updated driver available for those chipsets).  If
you can test, try using a GeForce 2 MX card (should be available for
under $75) and use NVidia's version 29.42 drivers.  Of course judging
from the graphics card chipsets you are using you likely have rather
obsolete systems (which might not even handle having a GeForce card put
into them).
