Hi Desiree,
As you mentioned, I did post something about this a while back.  I was having
severe problems with Swing components.  They wouldn't draw sometimes, and
sometimes they would draw on top of other components.  But when I switched to
SDK1.4.1 beta, most of the problems went away.  I still have a popup menu that
doesn't draw sometimes, but that's it.
