Hey

I recently ran across the same problem trying to get
PDBs into Maya. I ended up writing a MEL (Maya's
embedded language) script to do it, since I couldn't
(after much looking) find an importer.

I'd recommend you roll your own- the format's pretty
easy- gives you an easily-parseable list of type of
atom and position. Make a sphere at each location, and
you're most of the way there.
