Florin and Alessandro have both tried this and don't see it.
That's good.  May I ask what platforms and JRE  you are
running?  I am running on Windows2000 with JRE 1.3.1.
This would be an excuse to upgrade to 1.4.

To clarify what my problem is, here is a simplified version
using a JFrame and JPanel.

Put some points, then toggle "Bubba".  Watch as his display
toggles off and on after successive points.
