You can get JBuilder 6 or 7 Personal Edition.
They are free, and avail to d/l at Borland site.
I am using JB 6, becouse JB 7 have some strange behaviors with my Win98,
but both are great.
But don't get it unless you have at least 256MB RAM.
NetBeans is another good option.
