It may just be the Box. The Javadocs for the Box allow you to specify the dimensions of the box, which one would assume refer to the total width, height, and depth. However, the default constructor says that a Box with 1.0 for all the dimensions is created, but that Box lies within the bounding box of [-1,-1,-1] to [1,1,1].
