No, that means only that you haven't installed the stereo drivers. You should have the stereo drivers in the software package of your stereo glasses.
If you don't have it, then go to nvidia home page, http://www.nvidia.com, -> "Download drivers" -> "Consumer 3D Stereo" and follow the steps. I think that the nvidia stereo driver requires that the display driver to have the same version, they are on the same download page. I don't know if that driver is required for java stereo viewing, BUT if this driver fails to show you a stereo image, then it is an incompatibility between the graphic card and the stereo glasses. Under GeForce4 Ti 4400 Settings, there is a nView Display Mode/Detect Displays. But when I click on it, nothing happened. Does that mean that the card is not working? Thank you! Let's say from a 3d game ? If not, then you have a problem with the drivers or card compatibility of the glasses. Please check first if you can see a stereo image outside java, using nvidia stereo viewer. It's not clear from your mail if you have done that or not. I need to run a stereo J3D image (left/right eyes separated viewed from a stereo glasses). However, I could not get the stereo images rendered correctly. I also tried the stereo and denotator drivers but still could not get the stereo image running. Could you please give me some suggestion? I need to solve this problem urgently! Thank you a lot for your kind help! Best, Guang Bin Liu ========================= To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff JAVA3D-INTEREST".
