NO, Installanywhere NOW is also FREE ...which is the link that I gave.
Installanywhere has a cost...they are two different things.

I don't know InstallAnywhere well enough to compare it with Java Web
Start.
What I do know is that Java Web Start does what we need and it is
FREE
whereas Installanywhere cost anywhere between $995 to $4490.
