Hi,
I am not sure if this is your case, but some vcard
makers implements OpenGL ICD as a emulation over
DirectX. So you must install DirectX (8.1a or 9b) to
get OpenGL support.

 But you can also try Java3D Direct3D JRE.
Java3D 1.3.x Direct3D requires DirectX 8.1
