Hold on there one minute Don! I should have thought to check diamondmm.com
before writing you. You failed to note that the latest driver that you
referred to was updated 1/12/99! I know I didn't updatethis week, so I must
have an outdated driver. I will try it out this weekend. Thanks for the
pointer to Glaze, I am about to try it on my NT machine, but I only have an STB
Velocity 128 AGP card here. I guess Glaze is not supported on Win98?

Has anyone on the list tried this driver on their Viper 550 AGP for Win95/98?

Thanks,
-Gary

Gary,

The Glase Demo is at

http://www.es.com/Products/Workstation/index.html

The Diamond NT Driver is version 4.00.1381.0137.4.0.0
This version seems to work OK.

Looking on the Diamond Web Page, the 95/98 driver is
4.10.01.0245 and has a later date so maybe the problem
has been introduced with the later drivers.

I understand there are two generic drivers available from nVidia,
we tested the new version. Maybe the older will work.

Home this helps.

Don,
