Windows NT4.0 SP3.
The STB drivers  I am using are the ones that came on the CDROM
of the Velocity 4400 AGP, which reads "version 1.10".
In the control panel -> display -> settings -> display type -> driver information:
Version numbers: 1310, 4.0.0
