The first release of an unofficial implementation of j3D API is now available at
http://spia.freenix.fr/jfd
The main features (Appearance, Geometry, Shape3D, Light,...) are now implemented and
examples of Sun
+package run correctly. This implementation works with jdk 1.1.x.
I tested this API with IRIX6.2 and Linux.
