[java3d] Plug-in and Java3D

Well, if you were hoping that the plug-in would start finding
jar files in jre/lib/ext in the next release of the JDK, well,
JDK 1.2.1 is out there and it doesn't work yet, sigh..  Probably
won't be fixed until 1.2.2 whenever that comes out...
