[JAVA3D] Q:3DS Geometry (Lights+Materials+Shapes) To Java3D CODE?

Is there an utility able to do that automatically? I said 3DS, but it can
be any well known format as well. I dont't want conversion to another
proprietary format either (like Cyberform)...
