Bit of a newbie question, I don't have any prior knowledge of graphics, and I'm trying to use a RotPosPathInterpolator, I am having problems understanding the use of a Quat4f to specify orientation.
I have look at the Computer Graphics Principles and Practice book recommended in a previous e-mail on this subject but still can't really understand how I might calculate what numbers to put in my Quat4fs.
If anyone can think of a simple way to explain this or point me towards some resource on the subject I would be very grateful.
Jenni.
P.S. goal is to get spheres rotating on an arbitrary axis
