I know that 23andMe uses python for its platform, I'm curious if Navigenics uses Java? If so are there any SNP-related libraries that you use? Do you use BioJava at all? A recent survey of languages used in bioinformatics, placed Java high-on the list (next to C++ and Perl) and I'm curious if you've seen an uptake of Java-based scripting languages like Groovy?
