- abolish clients and deliverables (I cant remember a project where either of these HASN'T been the bottneck) - Macs all round (unless your not a fanboi, in which case a mac with vmware) - replace desk draws with bar fridges - cash bonuses for inventing new cubicle sports (such as my latest, hacky-sack played with slinky's, "SlinkySack")
