In episode #227 the Posse mentioned an artictle on javabeat.net about
modularity in Java 7. they alread had the concern that the fact in
this article are not up to date.
I'm not involved but the article seems to be based on the draft from a
year ago.

The best information about the current Jigsaw initiative is still very
limited. There are the presentations from Mark Reinhold (http://
tinyurl.com/amxf9w) and Alex Buckley (http://blogs.sun.com/abuckley/
en_US/entry/devoxx_2008) at Devoxx 2008. The post from Alex to the
"jsr294-modularity-eg" list (http://altair.cs.oswego.edu/pipermail/
jsr294-modularity-eg/2009-January/000184.html) and a report from the
OSGi CPEG meeting this month (http://modualrit.blogspot.com/2009/01/
making-osgi-sausage-nitrate-free.html).

Not much. But it seam the Sun and the OSGi camps are talking together.

Regards,
Marco
