I've always found it to be sluggish and error prone, or it tries to be too clever. But then I'm sure I used to have it in a round-trip mode, so changing my code would update the UML diagrams and vice-versa, but in 6.x I can't seem to do that, so either I am miss-remembering what I used to do, or the auto-roundtrip feature no longer exists.
I might be wrong, but I don't think netbeans does use-cases - just logical class diagrams etc? It might not have had the ability to add annotations / notes last time I tried either. Perhaps someone could elaborate on whether it's strong enough now'days? Cheers, Rob.
