The only cobol I've ever done was at tech, using RM COBOL from Microfocus, it still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, not so much because cobol was horrible or anything, but the version of RM Cobol that we purchased (each student had to buy some programming book that came with RM COBOL) had a file size limit, that meant we couldn't actually complete our final assignments ;p
