I feel a content repository such as JSR170 leads to an easier and better
storage for a lot of applications (especially for all those insurance
related information). This allows us to store the related data for a
customer  in one spot, provides us with an XML style interface to the data
if we need it and also gives us a sort of sql like access to the data  in a
table like fashion so we can provide access to the data for reporting, etc.
I tend to favor that approach.
