Well it looks like the NetBeans team is not willing to mix Maven and JavaFX
:)
The issue was declared "invalid" with the comment:

"JavaFX-specific features are supported in JavaFX project type only."

But like Bill Robertson said: "Netbeans javafx plugin doesn't even work on
its own, and you want maven too? ;)"

Anyway, I tried NetBeans nightly build and my Maven project is great, but no
way to have the JavaFX plugin with it :(
So, I'm afraid I'll do my JavaOne demo with IntelliJ :(
