This is exactly what these 2 plugins are doing. For info this is the pom.xml of twitter application for the demo: http://subversion.jfrog.org/jfrog/JavaOne2009/trunk/twitterfx/pom.xml
Just declare the 2 plugins, using repo.jfrog.org repository in your pom and should work.
