I have a project @ codehaus I would like to inform the Posse about. This is a caching library for all things HTTP. The library is useful for consuming HTTP on a client, i.e a Swing client.
I have tried to abstract away most internals of HTTP so you only have to deal with useful objects. Check it out @ http://httpcache4j.codehaus.org/ The library is open source under the Apache v2 License. Maybe something for the podcast? on a side note: I am also working on a scala version of the library. This is available at http://github.com/hamnis/recondo/tree/master The plan is eventually to make the Java version a thin layer on top of Scala. I am however not quite there yet ;) as the Scala version is very much in pre-pre-alpha. i.e not working :P Best regards - Erlend Hamnaberg --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Java Posse" group.
