For me, stripes has captured my heart and my mind. It's simple, lightweight, and the only tweak I had to do was write a JPA bridge that worked with multiple db connections. JSP may not be the slickest templating system, but it's easy and gets the job done.
Other than stripes, I've liked the look of wicket next best, but it seemed mired in excess verbosity compared to stripes, though offering some features that stripes doesn't.
