When I first heard about this in the keynote I wasn't sure I'd be
signing up. However, having been to some really great talks during the
conference I'm now itching to get access to the ones that clashed, and
the things that were interesting from Monday and Tuesday.

As somebody with not quite as much experience as Uncle Bob, but a fair
bit none the less, I was rolling in the aisle as he was describing
most every project I ever worked on.... and I'd been planning to buy a
book on Scrum but not now! Uncle Bob reminded me that we all know how
to ensure success...
