I don't see anything wrong with people bitching about Apple's approach. Bitching does help sometimes - don't forget their response to the price drop uproar back in 2007.
I hope the Palm gig works out, but I'm skeptical. Android is far ahead of Palm in market share, apps, and maturity - I really don't see how the Palm story is any better. Enlighten me :) Competition is good.
