But I am trying to target motivated smart people - i.e the sort of
people who listen to JavaPosse in their spare time and actually give a
damn about tech. You'd be surprised at how many people just want to
turn up to work and be spoonfed stuff each day.

I'm lucky in the people I have at the moment - they're all smart and
really motivated. I tried to institute a cloning policy but it was
blocked ;)
