Yeah, I'm just tired of having 100+ watts of heat dissipating from a 1
square cm chip which requires massive active heat-transportation, not
to mention the 200+ watt insanity of modern GPU's. This may be
culturally dependent as energy costs 5 times more in Europe than in
the US. In any event, it's bad for the environment (my office as well
as your planet).

Anyway the Turbo mode is actually back. But unlike the old turbo, this
is effectively hot-spot over-clocking through continuous monitoring of
the thermals.
