Maybe with an agreement to read the agreement? i.e. you first sign just the NDA part (don't share the content of the agreement you're about to get), and once you signed it, you get the full agreement, which you can either sign (also committing you to not sueing apple for more than $50, which, if that's a right you can legally sign away in the US, is flabbergastingly horrible, but it's probably just on there because the US law system is built around the monkey house method. Throw all the excrement you got on a wall, see what sticks), or not sign, but either way you're committed to not speaking of it.
Also, for what its worth, the problem here is US law. Barratry needs to be reinstated, and it needs to be possible to get a judge to wave cause. In other words, it should be possible for any random schmoe on the street to sue apple for putting ridiculous conditions in their agreements.
