I suppose that they introduced multitasking primarily for running
those ads in parallel with the application :-D


PS In any case, this is amusing. A few years ago, but also recently, I
was discussing in an Apple users forum about the lack of multitasking
of the iPhoneOS, saying that it's something so technologically
primitive. Many answered that indeed it has been done purportedly and
for a good reason, that users of a typical phone would be confused by
multitasking. Now I wonder whether Apple will also publish an update
for the users' firmware, so they are no more confused? :-P
