I used hostjava.net (or com?) for a long time before I moved all my sites to my own server. That way I don't have memory issues any more. The sites are quiet, but they do require a lot of memory and ISP's are not setup for that. If you get a VPS then you can install anything you want. More expensive of course, but you eliminate the limitations. Because of the cost, I built my own server. Network reliability is my only issue right now.
