Not sure about you, but if I would run a podcast (I guess the most
podcasters do this in their spare time) I wouldn't do it just for me.
I want to serve others needs. If nobody would listen to my podcast
then why recording?

So I would be interested in the feedback to align podcast content with
the needs of the listeners. Again, I would split into several episodes
(even if 2 or 3 are recorded one after the other on the same evening),
because then I could choose to download and listen only to what I am
interested in.

Developers are mostly under stress as far as I know and if the come
along and find the Java Posse, they should hear Java related stuff
because this is what new listeners expect and they need to move on.
