If the deadline is so short, the thing is not much complex (in the
sense that maybe you need to implement many functions, but they are
not inter-dependent and there is no big need of internal reuse) and
you want to keep the risk low, Struts 2 is ok. If one had more time
for planning, and learning a new framework, my favourite is Wicket.
The 2nd question I'd immediately ask now is what web testing framework
to use ;-) unless you're already familiar with one.
