I love the new scala collections as well. As for your question, I wish
I could answer yes, but unfortunately it is not my case. In my
everyday working life I have to program in Java all the time, so I can
just "play" with scala at home. And I am afraid that the biggest part
of the people here is in the same position. That is why I try to get
the best of Java from both the native API and all the libraries and
frameworks that can make my work easier and possibly more pleasant.

BTW I am curious to know how many of the developers participating to
this mailing list are allowed to do a significant part of their job in
scala.

P.S.: if you are aware of an open job position where I could do
something more than just play with scala let me know. :)
