Interesting topic....

IN a similar case, Mr.Phaneesh Murthy, a top executive of US operations, was
charged for sexually harrasing a female colleague at Infosys.. Infosys paid
billions to settle the suit..

Then Mr. Murthy left infosys to join another firm as CEO ( I think it was
Igate ..not sure...)

IN the indian system..there was no fuss when he made the switch....
