Well ... If you talk more maturely ... the sexual harassment case was never
established and
Jodie Fisher is not a Chick, she is a business consultant and a reality show
actress ... she is 50 years old unless that is of your taste.

Larry Ellison made a great move to get Mark Hurd, just look at Oracle's
stock, up 6 percent or about 7 billions market cap.
That sure tells you something. Mark did great during his time at NCR and
turned HP around after he joined HP at 2005 (remember
HP when Fiorina was the CEO?). You can go to business school as many time
as you want but a good CEO is priceless.

I doubt HP 's law suit can stop Mark, Larry and Mark are smart people and
they must be prepared for this. Take a look
at the case of Kai-Fu Lee in 2005 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kai-Fu_Lee

And I wont call this an example of rotton system. A CEO that bankrupt his
company and get millions (lehman brothers) ..
that is rotton. A success CEO that brings his company to prosperity and get
big bonus, is good capitalism. HP is stupid
to let Hurd go and the impact of losing a great CEO is probably more
important than any knowledge Hurd take with him to Oracle.
