Well, I am not a futurist but surely there is some conviction in
this(Even if I knew I would not share on this group.Too risky..)...

It is true that China is on its way to be the ring leader of the
world..but my interest here is that last two lines..

Concepts do change with time and thus the effectiveness of a version
gets affected and looses sheen too.You need changes...

As I write a software  for my project, the concepts that we used in
college on AI and programming like waterfall model are redundant..You
need agile methods, RAD,etc for better performance..How about
automated tools for testing..More on the way I guess?
The  point is that improved versions of softwares that have been
patented must be allowed to be patented again..By whom..Well,finders
keepers & loosers weepers...
